The Blood Alcohol Educator is a technology tool for estimating blood alcohol content online. A collaboration between the Century Council and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Blood Alcohol Educator was developed as an informative and interactive means of teaching young people the effects of alcohol on their system.
